FIND A JOURNAL

On the California Libraries Catalog, under the “Public Libraries” button, go to the “Advanced Search” tab. There you can limit your search to the “Sacramento-No.Central Valley-Mother Lode” area and click the “Serial Publications” icon. Put the journal title in quotation marks and search it as Keyword or Title. For special and academic libraries as well as public, use the “All California Libraries” button.

For University of California Libraries and the California State Library, go to MELVYL

Example:   Type as Title: new england journal of medicine (Click “Words as Phrase”) —> Select Format: Journals —>Press Search
